Ways to view downloaded hentai manga?

i know we can use windows photo gallery viewer to look at it but every time i change pics i have to zoom in then have to click it to go down and up unlike how we view it on fakku just by using a mouse wheel and clicking left or a right to go to the next page. is there another option to view these pictures?

wat i basically want is to be able to zoom in the pic and it stays that way for every hentai page. so i dont have to use the mousse to zoom in unlike this site which they already have it big enough without zooming in
