Website Sales Sticky

Maybe in the Figures, Mecha, and Toys section or where ever else it may prove useful, can we have a sticky so we can post when a site is having sales, discounts, so we can spread the good news to are fellow shoppers?

not advertising his site, product or service on fakku, simply informing people of current sales and offer on internet shops

I am not talking about "MY" site, I don't even have one, I am talking about websites like HLJ, Toylet, Play Asia, CDJapan, AmiAmi etc. Are those site considered "your site" in that rule definition and interpretation?

Raze's words are generally interpreted as "don't advertise external websites". No promoting your facebook or your favorite website, blog,etc. Even though you may not own those websites the rule still applies (according to the last interpretation an admin gave me).

Though, I'm sure in this instance Jake would either bend or amend the rules as to allow the idea. Personally, I like it. Some people simply have their fingers on the proper pulse more than others and it's nice for them to keep everybody else in the loop.

I hope that rule does get bent or amended in this case, I am glad you and elfen lied like the idea, and I hoping others do as well. I am sure we all like getting are misc. otaku products, and I am sure we all love the idea of saving money when we can. Right? :)

i like the idea, i never know of sales til someone buys it and tell me like three weeks later once it comes in and the sale is over T^T

also if this is considered advertising then linking to mediafire and megaupload and any link would be as such when containing a download =3= so im for this shit!

and at the same time adding that HLJ will be ending all there sales on Oct. 1 and then beginning a new price system (in an effort to deal with rising yen) and from then on will have less sales.

Why don't you start a topic and maybe it will get stickied if it proves useful.

Oh, I thought you were referring to all anime related sales. Sorry, didn't realize they were specific.

that's another good idea, but since i don't buy enough anime dvd's or even know where to i can't make a thread for it, i am sure someone else could ^^
