Hey, new here, I recieved a rep a day or so ago but I still can't rep- I know all this shit about rep 'cuz one of my buddies is pretty frequent on the forums. I watch him sometimes when he posts, and gives out rep and shit.

You need 15 posts to activate the +/- Rep buttons.
You can either + or - rep someone once every 24 hours.
You cannot +/- rep the same person twice in a row.
Also posts in IB and sub-forums do not add to your post count.
