Seperate section for it OR just put the topics in Random or SD?

I think a section for World News (or, quite simply, "News") could be useful, but I'm not sure if people would use it. Do many members care about what happens around the world? Also, some topics about things happening in the world would belong in SD because they'd be talking about more than just the events, like morality and such.

World news ARE random talk, and therefore fit well in Random and SD according to the importance of the subjects.

So no, I don't think we need such a section.

That's what I was thinking. Serious Discussion isn't usually so overflowing with topics that sub-sections are needed to keep it clean or orderly, but if that ever happened to be the case than I would definitely support this.
