lol which airport did you go to?Juanda. But seems like the prices here are still severely underpriced compared to other country's airport.
Heck, you know that McD's regular fries cost a mere Rp 5,000 here, right? Airport's fries basically costs six times higher.
Btw, didn't Tegumi banned you?
Ah fair enough, just wondering. Yeah I do, still remember that.
No, she can't ban me just for that. Banning me for making a thread seems ridiculous.

[size=14]Airports charge you shit-tons for food and stuff because they usually don't have to pay tax. But the airport itself is nothing compared to actually buying something on the plane.[/h]

I paid 12$ for a whopper small combo in tucson once. 2 hour layover from a 5hour trip and going to a 12 hour flight.

I flew a few times and remembered how expensive meals were at the airport ... such a bad business too to make sure travelers pay a ton of money before they leave.
Just like gas stations here in Germany, normally a bag of chips ( the good ones ) would cost 1.89 euro but in the gas station they are over 2.70 euro ....
I guess you can say travelers must pay a lot of shit.

Holy crap you conceited piece of work!
You're bitching about plane food, when I bet 90% of the people here can't offord an airplane ride!
I just travelled and it was totally like cool and all. but the food on the plane irrelevant of the trip was bad, so this is the highlight of my trip that i'll mention simply because I'm miserable.

Your first mistake was buying from the airport.True. I was famished though, as I skipped my breakfast as I rushed to the airport, only to found that my flight was delayed for 2 hours.

$3 for regular fries? Give me a break. I'd Rather get to executive lounge. They give free foods and drinks.
So you'd rather spend few thousand on airplane tickets just to save few bucks?
Second class or whatever its called gives free soda alot. Peanuts or some other snack alot as well.
Although i remember the time when coach used to give free dinners, last time that happened I was a kid.
Anyways back to coach, they also give u free refills, sometimes u gotta pay, sometimes u don't. Be fuckin' charismatic.
Oh and the number of times where I've gotten on an airplane and off is great--- I lost count and stopped caring at around 300+. Although if I was to care somehow someday i'll find the number of planes i've been on up to this year.

Executive lounge = executive waiting room.
Only available to the holders of Priority Card issued by the bank. It provides free food and drinks.

I've never heard of paying $16 for a burger. I guess I'm lucky I live in the US.
