You say that you are not a hood-rat, but you listen to ICP. Well, darling, if you are not a hood-rat, what are you then ?Nice sig. Anyway, going by your argument, won't listening to rap make me "all up in da hood" too? Music has nothing to with how you act unless you yourself act that way because of the music.
Thank you, although I have never noticed that I have put "9Gag" as my signature. I support your logic. Rap music is not a bad thing. Considering that this "girl" posted possibly the worst song from ICP, I would say that she is seeking attention. Regardless, I did a bit of research and see that ICP is not a crap band with vandalism on their mind. The song she posted has been VERY misleading, and don't get me started on how much trash was in it. I may have been mistaken for thinking of ICP in that direction. But to be honest, she does reflects herself through listening to ICP. And may I ask you the abstract question: "What does she seek and what has she found ?".

I listen to a lot of both Dubstep and Hardstyle but I have almost no interest in raves and the likes. Yes, listening to one sort of music can make you want to act a certain way but you only do it because you want to, the music itself doesn't turn you into a robot.
What she wanted was most likely attention because it was after all a question and that is what she got.
(I'm sorry if this is incoherent but I'm pretty tired right now)

As long as people do not become rude and choose to ignore certain social protocols. once again agree with you (because I am an unnecessarily peaceful person). However, you must keep in mind that there are wannabes. Wannabes would follow the stereotypical ideals and shove themselves into accomplishing those ideals. Listening to rap music has not made me a crook or a bag-snatcher, but it has made me have a tendency of unconsciously use inappropriate languages. But that's just me.
I have known straight girls who turns themselves into a transexual to suit the idealistic image of an "uke" (the boy who plays the feminine role) in a male homosexual relationship. Of course, these expectations are false, but the wannabes evidently did not give much of a fck about this.

I don't like rude people either and I am never rude, if I call someone something rude then it's as a joke. I get how people can change to act like what they listen to but my point here is that it's them who change and not the music who does it for them, they really just change around the music by themselves. Also, most wannabes doesn't think about what kind of consequences some things might have so they go ahead and do it anyway. Some people just don't use their head.

WOW, things seem to be getting intense here...
anyways, Ma1ya, I don't personally like ICP(their music do not suit my tastes),but if you enjoy it, then it's fine. You shouldn't let anyone judge or label you because of your musical preferences. BUT since you posted this thread and asked for OUR opinions, then I must say(with all due respect), you're not necessarily a horrible girl, you just happen to have an awful taste for what you choose to hear.
Try listening to other stuff, maybe you'll find something better.
