Have you ever gone to a site, and while its loading, all of a sudden, it changes and takes you to some random fucking site called
"desktopsmilysearch"
It happens all the fucking time to me!
I know its what happens sometimes when you try a dead link, but half the time it jumps at me from a link I know to be "alive" and working.
The site this happens to me on recently is animeatom.com
I've been watching Tsubasa Chronicle season 2 dubbed there, cuz it wasn't dubbed on Animefreak.tv

No, the thing is, my computer is fine other than that.
I've had a few "attacks" but my firewall, and anit-virus systems always block it, and everything is fine.........
well, its happening with one paticular site, so I guess I'll just have to find another site to watch the dub of Tsubasa Chronicle then...........

Check your processes for wom.exe, it's a well known bug that acts how you described. Usually ending the process takes care of it and prevents it from ever running again. Could be caused by a bad cookie. wtf I know, but thats just how the internet is.

Check your processes for wom.exe, it's a well known bug that acts how you described. Usually ending the process takes care of it and prevents it from ever running again. Could be caused by a bad cookie. wtf I know, but thats just how the internet is.
Where do I go to end the process? I'm not the most computer savvy person in the world.

open the task manager, then click the "processes" tab and look for what he said. If you find it (and it is the source of the problem) then right click it and terminate the process.

Oh well, it was really only happening with one site in particular, so now that I found another site I can use to watch Tsubasa Chroicle, I'm okay.
