Am I the only one who hates decensorship?

It's a really big turn off whenever someone redraws any genitalia just because it was complete censored by the artist. It usually doesn't fit in with the rest of the picture and generally looks terrible and sometimes disgusting. I don't even mind the censorship.

I can't be the only one here with this opinion right?

And just to be clear, I meant censorship for something fully censored, not just the white bar crap (And I don't understand how people get annoyed by it)

It depends on the image, I guess. I have to agree with you on quite many of them, but there are also some that are drawn quite well.

Decensoring only works with those small bars, anymore than that it's just redrawing, might as well leave it be unless you have hax skills in drawing.

I'm fine with the bars, it doesn't bother me any, but the whiting out the genital is just a buzz kill to me

[color=#2e1a6b]I don't think I've ever seen decensorship that looked better. There's certainly a lot of excessive censorship that I hate, but the redrawing looks so bad that I'd rather it stayed covered up. That way I can at least imagine that it looks nice

^ Pretty much what Kaimax said. It all depends on how badly something is censored and how good someone is at redrawing.

It really depends on the quality of the redo. It varies on a huge scale.

many of them are kinda bad redrawn and mess up the full image, there are also some decensored h-mangas which look good.
But I prefer looking at censored stuff than badly deconsred stuff.

I prefer to leave them be than poorly decensoring it. Normally uncensored is OK.

Of course redrawing cannot be as good as the original, so yeah, decensoring in this case is just a huge turn-off. I'm fine with black or white bar, though.

I'm pretty much fine with all censorship, I don't really see what the big deal is with it. A penis is a penis yo.
