Anime has driven me into despair!!!!!

I don't know why, but lately, a constant reoccurring thought I have is how guilty/angry I feel about my... infatuation with anime. Sure, even now, 4 times out of 5 I'd rather jerk it to anime, yet I can't help but think that I'm just one of the many poor suckers who got manipulated into loving this shit. Let's face it, the entire industry is based on manipulating your into liking "abnormal" kinks. It starts off light, like making your think flat is sexy, then it drags you down, and soon enough you find yourself being aroused to futanari or guro. (Well, the most abnormal fetish I have is loli, but you know what I mean.) The problem is that I can't even identify what exactly my problem is it with anime. Maybe it's the fact that I'm morally disgusted by how anime seems to have been reduced to softcore pornography that uses every dirty, done-to-death trick in the book to get desperate otakus to buy into it (one short look at Sankaku Complex can help identify the absolute worst of the fandom), or maybe it's because I'm afraid of being judged for it, and I'm seeking some form of penance. I don't know, the point is I can't help but feel semi-irrational hatred for it. Fuck, I still want to learn how to draw, and one of the reason is for the purpose of being able to draw my own smut (and at least make the dialogue not completely predictable). Maybe it's because I feel that it's the ultimate form of vengeance for me, but I know that "purification" is a futile goal. At this point, I'm just rambling about how "tsundere" I am for anime (except I think tsundere is a awfully overused cliche, but it's close enough for you to get the idea). And even then, my perception is mostly based on second-hand exposure. Most of it is form Japanese video games and several years of browsing Danbooru and 4chan. The only anime that I watched fully was Gurren Lagann. Please, someone help me answer this question: Where did I go wrong? (Sorry if I'm talking in nonsense.)

Like most industries they pander to people with no self control. There's nothing inherently wrong with the product.

The only anime that I watched fully was Gurren Lagann.

You need to watch and finish more. If all the pictures bother you so much just read a light novel, most anime are based on novels or manga anyways.

Just because you enjoy something that isn't real doesn't make you want to engage in such acts. You're not 'tsundere' to anime, you're just a little over your head on it. Find some air, get outside and take your mind off of anime for awhile.
