Are you the same PumpJack McGee who is/was working on art for the CoC character viewer? If so, hows that going lol?To my knowledge, I'm the only PumpJack McGee on the internet.
So- yep- that'd be I.
I've actually got a good amount done. The main thing is that I keep forgetting stuff or encountering a few inconsistencies/logical problems- so I keep going back through my lists and remapping out the way I think things should be.
Examples:
-Centaurs, Naga, and Drider abdomens. Should characters have wings? Which wings? And should they go on the human portion (ergo, using the same art) or on the animalistic sections, requiring different art?
-Masculinity/Femininity. Should I track that in the art? If so, do I make new base bodies for it? Or just faces? Should I just give a guy with maxed out femininity the female face art? How about the transformations? Should the Drider TF have separate art for males and females?
-How the hell am I gonna manage the artwork if somebody wants a character with four rows of G+ sized breasts? Should I limit the sizes of them, and too bad for them?
I'm extremely thorough when I do this sorta thing. Being a carpenter probably contributes to that, what with doing cabinets and crown moldings/that sorta thing.

should I get a Vita or 3DS or upgrade my computer once more?Well, that's easy.
Which between the systems has the most games that you want/anticipate?
Although, myself- personally- I wouldn't upgrade my computer now. For that, I'd follow the news on the developments of new engines/tech (not commercially available, but there are now screens with about 8 times the resolution of current HD*). Once there's something big coming down the road- check to see their launch date. Around the same time they plan to introduce this Next Big Thing is a good time to upgrade a computer, because then you're guaranteed to be relevant for about two years.
*4k resolution.

Should DLC for games be encouraged or shunned?

That very much depends on what the DLC is, as well as what state the game was released in.
There is no denying that some games get launched half-assed, and that loads of the DLC for it are patches, bug fixes, or simply shit that the games should have had upon its initial release.
But then there is the genuinely new and fun extra content, that expands/adds to the gameplay/overall experience.
It's basically a question of one's own intuition where you need to ask yourself-
"Am I getting ripped off?"
"Are they making me pay for shit that I should already have?"
"Did they screw up, rush, and release a faulty game?"
That sorta shit.

Our taxes are much higher, and we also pay federal and provincial taxes.
That's why a lot of people go to the states to buy booze.

Do you support this obvious communist plot to corrupt our youth and turn them into a bunch of "Take only what you need, love the earth" pansies?

I wouldn't want to establish Communism, because we've all seen how Communist countries have turned out- but Capitalism has it shortcomings too.
Every system is flawed, and the realities of the world: Capitalism engenders a gross imbalance in wealth; and there simply aren't enough resources to fuel and sustain Communism nor Socialism.
And key- of course- is that people will be people.
No matter what system you have- Capitalism, Socialism, Fascism, Monarchy, Oligarchy, or even Anarchy- the abolishment of any sort of state whatsoever- People are gonna lie, cheat, usurp, upstage, conspire, and backstab each other.
So returning to your question- no, I do not support the newfound wave of Left extremists- but nor am I a supporter of the Right. My views are divided across them.
"Obamalands" policies sound good on paper, and- yes- do have a Socialist bent to them.
And it is true that we live in a society of far too much excess. And the excess either- goes to people who don't need it or is simply wasted.
You either get the American Dream; nice house, nice family, nice car, nice neighbourhood, nice town, kids go to university, get degrees, repeat the cycle- or you don't, struggle forever, don't get a retirement, work until you die, miserable and alone- whilst businesses lease the land of the graveyard where you're buried in their relentless expansion, and build a Walmart upon your rotting corpse.
So- Capitalism: You get it or you don't.
Communism: Everybody gets it. Yeah fucking right. You get welfare. Make the nation one giant trailer park.
Socialism: You work for what you get. Oh? Not enough work? Oh- well- um. Die.
In essence: We're all fucked. Don't even fucking bother with the government. Just do what you need to do to carry on with your life. Make sure you can support yourself before you start trying to support others.

Maybe my next trip will be to deliver the original copy personally.
Although a few friends of mine and I plan to do a Euro-Trip in 2014 (100th anniversary of World War One).

Bosnia definitely, because that's where it all began.
After that, our plan is buy Eurorail passes, and then at whatever time we get to a station, we just grab the first train off (as long as it's in the E.U).
I've already been to most of it, but this will be my first time traveling with friends.
Challenge accepted.

This is sounding less like a EU trip and more like a eastern EU trip and is therefore much less appealing and glamorous. Hope you don't get kidnapped.

I've traveled the world alone and I'm still here. One of my friends is a former bouncer, the other did army, and the last one is too fat to get kidnapped by anyone.
I think we're fine.
