I'm not that stoked for the anime because I'm fairly certain they're going to censor the hell out of it.

Also considering the new Berserk series I don't have high expectations for the quality either.

Personally I would've hoped for an OVA series like Hellsing Ultimate or to-Love-ru Darkness so that they can get away with more.

Yeah. It has an anime adaptation coming out.

The studio that's doing it is the same one that did Steins Gate, Akame ga Kill, and Re:Zero so while I wouldn't be as stoked as say something from Madhouse it's not like it's being done by Pierrot.



Censorship could be an issue. But I think only in terms of the nudity. The studio is no stranger to blood and gore so I think it'll be fine.

Bluray maybe. Tv streams will be censored. May never be uncensored. Look at darling in the franxx tv vs it's manga. Even the bd is censored.

The nudity and rape parts being censored I wouldn't really mind. They could honestly animate in a way that suggests what is going on without really showing anything that would need censored. It's not really a necessary part to show the act full on.

The violence and gore would be the only part I would hate to see censored. It'd be the main thing I'd worry about them messing up on.
