How much would something like that cost?...I~ don't think functional robotic eyes (like the ones from robo cop exist yet) but there are some cybernetic implants that allow the user to 'view' shapes (you know how in some games where you have an eco visor (like the one in 'metroid prime 2') the structures look swadowy, yeah, kinda like that), I read an article about it like a year ago, I don't know if they have made any progress though

How much would something like that cost?It's not an actual robotic eye implant. It's just something I say to feel a little less pathetic and lame for having to have cataract removal surgery at 19. It's actually just a synthetic lens implant. The only thing 'bionic' about it is the strength of the implant. You can see very, very fine details from far away. You can see even slight variations in pigment and texture.

Aww, don't feel bad kittie, there are multiple kids I've met who've had like 5 surgeries in order to expand their life span but most of them will only live like 10 extra years (the lucky ones).

It's not a hard answer...
Just seems like an odd request considering the only visible changes is a slight increase in light reflectivity. It's not like you can look at my right eye and instantaneously be able to tell it's a synthetic lens.. aside from the reflectivity, that is.
It's not an exciting eyeball. And besides, I just noticed how obnoxiously pixellated my webcam is. I took some pictures but they all came out pixelly as crap.
