He guys, I know it's been forever since a batman movies been made which is why I'm so glad to hear they're planning to release a new trilogy around 2015 :D

Why can't they just deliver us a legitimate 'The Mask' movie? Not the jim carrey one. The hyper realistic violent version. You know, like the actual fucking comic book.

The same thing can be said about Wolverine, but they want to attract a wide range audience to sell more tickets.

I'm getting bored of these films now.

Sure, some of them are good, but it feels like one gets released every fucking day.

They'll attract a large audience if they have some big name stars attached to it.

Plus the cartoon violence and the realistic toll it would take on a human body would make for a very entertaining popcorn movie at the least.

sadly thats what people do. Find something that was good and popular. Then do the same thing over and over. It happens with games and anime and probably everything.

I believe it's called pandering.

Also: still begging for an Oracle: Year One movie.

Big name stars play a role, but when it involves comic books characters a PG 13 rating also plays role compared to a R rated rating.

Still waiting for that major blockbuster Power Rangers film, come on hollywood

I wonder if they'll ever get to make a Justice League movie.

Just wait till they make a real life Pokemon movie. Then shit will get real.

I hope not because of what Hollywood has done to Dragonball and Avatar the Last Airbender.

I hear that's half the reason they are doing this reboot. The current Dark Night trilogy isn't really able to tie into a justice league movie so they are rebooting it to allow for that. That means they'll have to introduce all the heros with their own separate movies. It'll be like 10 years before it's be ready.

With the news about the Arkham prequel DC is going crazy trying to copy the Avengers. The only thing is except for Batman and Superman DC hasn't been able to really make a mainstream movie with the other league members work(I liked Watchmen, but i'm not counting it here since it is a separate continuity).
