Been playing minesweeper for the past two hours

Currently alone at home (both wives and my daughter are currently out having dinner, leaving me alone) with nothing to do.
Still can't get expert done below 300 seconds. I wonder if there's sone kinda trick to it.

You must be SUPER bored if you are playing Minesweeper.
There isn't much of a trick to Minesweeper, the "Trick" is doing the math as quickly as possible.

Nah, you can say that minesweeper is one of my favorite game ever. I usually play it while waiting for my men's job ti finish.
It's fun. Honest. Though I dislike math.

I still find myself playing Solitaire or Skifree from time to time, Jezzball was a good game too if you were bored.

I remember clearing beginner mode in about 120 seconds. Can do better.

OT: I still have yet to get past Intermediate. I try to do it as fast as I can to beat anonymous. Try to get the hidden mode. That is if it exists past Windows XP.
