Go for gibson les paul. They're good for Latins.Gibsons? aren't they a little TOO expensive?
Duh, go for the black market ones of course. That is, if you got some connection, you can get it a whole lot cheaper. My les paul standard, which is supposed to be $3500, I get it for $1200. It's all about networking and connections, my friend.

I'm poor as shit. After a certain confidential event, my guitar savings went from $1100 to $500.
Plus, I would rather get my hands on THIS.

This is the one I want eventually.
Until that day comes I'll have to stick with this.

If you live somewhere in Indo, I can get you a les paul studio for around $800-$1300. The normal price is about $2500.
Only if you're in Indo though.

I'm in Southern California, so I don't think that would work.

Now I'm interested, what kind of connections? like making friends with the people who attend and hosts booths at music conventions like NAMM?
Anyways currently I don't have the green to even afford a "Hook Up", but trust me if it was up to me I'd have a Flying V by now (In Cherry Red of course).

Yeah You definitely want something that can take some high Gain for that vocaloud stuff, I still say you should go for that Ibanez, though you still might want to try it at the store.

That's the first step. Just make an acquintance with people in music and band business, as many as possible. Some of them ought to have one or two connection in the black market. Just remember, it's all about give and take. You can't expect them to help, or even trust you if you have nothing to give. And by giving, it's not always money or valuables. Sometimes, information worth more than gold.
