I don't wear cargo pants. Not because it's not trendy, but because I don't feel comfortable in them.
It feels exactly like someone got a normal set of pants, then just cut off everything below knee level.

So, I haven't seen the link (because I'm capped) but, by the sound of it... Cargo pants mean something completely different in australia...
I'm essentially wearing some now... (well, they aren't really.. they are just beige trackpants with a few too many pockets)
