Those are likely candidates if there was ever a third world war. Probably be China and North Korea vs Japan and U.S.

sigh.
None of this will matter when our machines rebel.
Or we're forcefully enslaved by our future Alien overlords.
-shakes head-
Such petty human differences..

Been wondering... What are they fighting for???? The Chinese people are always hotheaded and they keep on pressuring their government to take action regarding the territorial dispute between them and Japan over small group of islands. They could not even resolve the issue through peaceful diplomatic means. At least the Japanese didn't run wild when the destructive protests started, otherwise it would only escalate the problem.
Land in other words.
Always the way
It is better than running havoc or attacking one's embassy. I just stated what I perceived on various territorial disputes China was involved in. I think I should have said "some" of them rather than generalizing that derogatory term to all of its constituents.
Look, even China had pressured Cambodia, which was the host of the previous ASEAN Summit, to block the discussion for a resolution of the unending maritime disputes in the South China Sea. It implied that the Chinese government knows that it will be unfavorable on their part when it comes down to the decision of international organizations such as the UN and ASEAN. They try to avoid multilateral approach because each claimant party has their legal basis with respect to the international law, while on the other hand, China have never been clear about the exact location of the “nine-dotted line,” or about whether their claims refer only to certain land features, or also to more extensive continental shelves and sea, that even the Chinese scholars have various interpretations of such as the line of boundary, historical waters, historical rights, and line of ownership of the features.
I am not saying that the EEZ and the continental shelves are completely foolproof. It just happened that China's 9-dashed line overlaps with with the claims to EEZ and continental shelf areas of Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei and the Philippines. A balance is needed between historic claims and modern claims under the UNCLOS.

It's their problems, not ours...It is their problem for now, but it would eventually affect other countries outside of Asia because of its domino effect in the economy and political powers instability. It is a naive way to think that international relations is that simple, when in fact it is everybody's concern as the actions of our government in international affairs reflect the action of its constituents, as well.
For instance, China could easily claim the disputed territories using their military force, however, the international community will perceive China as the aggressor in this state. Almost every country has mutual defense treaty with their respective allies, so it is not far from the possibility that if a war breaks out, the Western Countries will also be likely involved.
This is the reason why the international communities urge the involving countries to restrain from aggravating the issue and try to resolve things out calmly through diplomatic means, as it is for the best interest of every nations.

population of 1.3billion, of course there is going to be fucking dumbasses, way2genraliseidiot. group of protesters of 1 million would still only be less than 1% derpy derp cant do basic statistics.
and it's not like the hate is unwarranted. people tend to forget the "holocaust of asia" aka the manchurian invasion of wwii which was just as bad as it's more well-known counter-part in war/humanitarian crimes and atrocities.
Yes. It is easy to forgive but not to forget. Though, nothing good will happen if we keep on bringing up the past. It is not like both parties wanted this issue either, even more the aggressive protests of the Chinese people. The increasing nationalism further escalates the tension among the Asian nations.

Alien overlords have no need for hospitality. Only our genetic material and natural resources.
