well the loli doujin uploader usually kuro and solva(used to be spalose but he's gone).
for the translation......maybe because some translator doesn't have much time to translate it because doing other translation.
it is though to translate jap into english you know.

Especially if the raws are crap. I'm working on a Guro doujin right now (Busou Renkin yay) and some Kanji are so hard to read, I nearly threw a fit.

especially when the kanji is similiar and the way to read it is also similar.
sometimes i went blank when i tries to read em.
