On your body. and the Morphine wore off. and there's a morphine shortage so they can't give you any more. and you complain. and they try to calm you down but you keep thrashing and an intern messes up during the commotion and cuts you're leg with a used scalpel. and you have aids but it doesn't matter becaues the shock of being cut gives you a heart attack causing you to die but was already proclaimed dead 40 seconds prior to the actual death.
