lets see.
[spoil]1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk, at room temperature
2 large eggs, at room temperature, separated
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsalted butter melted.
1/4 cup sugar
So cream the sugar with the eggs,vanilla and butter. Also combine all the dry ingredients together.
once you have the egg mixture ready, slowly mix in the dry ingredients in two parts. dont worry if it looks clumpy, it suppose to look a bit like that. just dont over mix it like pancake batter.
and follow your waffle iron instructions for cooking time.
