Do you give money to beggars?

Prague is still one of the better ones in CZE... they've got at least a tiny bit of pride left and some original ides as well.
Though Oldtown Square and around Charles Bridge it's completely swarmed, all right.

In a larger city depending on the situation I might throw some change out their however most of the time I do not. However if it is a person (minus one con) in my home town were we don't have beggars I will be more inclined to give them some money.

This reminds me of my stay in Berkeley, CA just a year ago. I swear, at least 5% of every goddamn paycheck was going to these homeless regulars. I couldn't buy them McDonald's or whatever because Berkeley ordinances have pushed McDonald's at least 1,000 feet away from the actual campus, and the campus is huge. Mike, this black homeless dude with a boombox, would wait for me because like, in order to get to my house, I have to go through this food plaza. Was buying the dude pizza two times a week goddamnit

He had an apartment in Oakland with his girlfriend at the time. I only kept feeding him because he was a happy "homeless" dude who played music on his boombox all day, not because he was poor

There was this one time that two homeless guys came up to me, and i guess one was mad at the other. Anyway one of them told me if i could beat up the other and he would give me $40... i just laughed and said "no, sorry i can't do that." And then i just walked away...

Oh, oh. I have another story. When I worked for denny's we had a day where we gave free breakfast. And outside of where I worked there was a like three different pairs of homeless people. Anyway I did not see them while I was working so during my break I told them if they knew about the free breakfast and they said no. So I told them about it and they had some free breakfast, yay~ I was happy that they went~
