Also Miku is cute and all, I prefer Megurine Luka.
[color=#993300]Character design, Luka is my second/third favorite (varies, but consistently between the two). As for voicing, I'm a bit hesitant because Luka's range for variation is a bit limited, as in the modifications for her voice in the program restrict the ability to manipulate it and still sound good
