Only on Friday and Saturday am I the only boss, all other days, just a supervisor

why doesn't looky look for another job where he his the boss/supervisor and gets paid the same but does hour

I like your optimism. If only it were this easy to find a job these days...

it depends on the type of job and how much your are willing to travel.

when i was in college i had a part time job, the company shut down a few years later and it took me month to find another job. When i looking for another job i found there were job that needed qualification and job that needed me to travel some distance to get there.
then there were other job like cleaning, and seeing as i had money saved i was being picky about where i wanted to work.

I have seen people who have no job and live off benefits but if you offer them a cleaning job they turn it down as they see them self being above that job.

i do get the fact that there are less jobs going round and it is harder to move up or change jobs.but there are job but some people don't simple want to it as they find it demeaning
