Yes that's what Hatsun does but .gif editing can be complicated and world require photoshop to do a decent job. Other ways would make it come out terrible.....

Never heard of Gimp, Nyu~?? In Hatsuns old PC it had photoshop and I did lots of .Gif edits on it. I'm just not use to anything else.....

they are like 90% the same

Tried em all, but I'm more familiar with Photoshop. It is kinda easier to user, i guess that is up to the taste.

Had GIMP on laptop for the niece to mess around on other then using paint.
Knew about sumo paint from the tech show.

I tried them because of the gifs. Photoshop was bit easier to use in that regard.

That really depends on the kind of art it is. If it's mostly human with Pokémon-like elements, similar to any other monster girls, it's quite fine.
