Why can't Windows ever update itself? Just gets stuck on 0%.

Sometimes it apparently can, judging by the occasional restarts and notices of having updated while I was away.

For a while it did that even with automatic updates on my previous XP computer here. And apparently one of the first updates for our Vista machine made it get stuck while restarting every singe time, only recently this problem has disappeared again... Silly Windows. >_>
