Students just don't listen to me. Especially not in the computer room where they have so much else they want to do instead of learning.

In our class they had a ton of filters to stop that. Also spy programs.

We had no such things.

Company might buy in some IT services if the company is small and/or does not have massive data stores, inner network or crapton of computers.

Or just finds it better solution to keeping some IT experts in company.

There are filters etc. But they are not reliable since proxy servers can be used.
