Highly doubt that. It depends how many people get maintenance pages in the cafe. Though I've noticed now that refreshing them doesn't cause a double post like it used to.

Depends on the error, I guess. Sometimes it gets a quick error where it doesn't even get a connection at all, other times the usual 502 in the middle of posting and a double post after refresh. And quite often it only gets the 502 after posting when it's already loading the page with the new post, so it can't cause this problem anymore.
