hello luinif you want more people you need to advertise the forum more.
i have seen a few people who post on the meet and greet saying they never knew about the forum plus the ctfg is sub tread under ib and sore most newbies don't look around that much, i know i didn't mostly lurked on the random and request thread.
only came to the the ctfg after it got linked in few post.
Am sure newbies get chased out when they post in ib thread by the regulars from ib

I meant Fakku in general.
in general you are right about it being Jacobs job, he sort of advertises by giving people the fakku book founder achievement, which lets them see and write in the fakku book thread's.
but for the cafe, it needs to be done by the users, i know some users have it in their signature.
but most of the old/current users have settled in parts of the forum and only few will post on different section.
There are user who have settled in the ib, some in ctfg, etc and and don't really go to different section of the forum.
It will be upto the users to get newbies to look around the whole forum instead of just staying in one conner of the forum.

CTFG in general is dead though. So I'm not focusing it on specific threads.
