I don't like anything smoked plus not a big fan of fish, only time i eat fish is when it a fish finger, fish cake or deep fried from the chippy

Taz has a butt now. o3o I don't mind medium as long as it's not too raw meat aka rare.

Not too familiar with all the various terms, to be honest. I prefer them on the more dry side, though.

it the same with me, i would say i like medium to well done but more to ward the medium side


if the steak is on the dry side it means they either over cooked it or using low quality meat. i have been to place where the steak was dry and tough to chew

I don't mind if you call it overcooked or well done, it's much tastier that way.

there is a difference between over cooked and well done, if i go to anew place i ask them to do it well done as am not sure how good their chef is.

A good chef well tenderize the meat and then cook it, by tenderizing the meat it makes is soft and nicer to chew and eat, it also gives it better taste. A good chef can cook your steak the way you like it with out letting it dry out and not let it overcook.

I had gone to place with some friends, wasn't that hungry so got a chicken stir fry and some meta got the steak, this place was just horrible, the chicken was dry and tough, and the steak was the same, it looked like they didn't tenderize the meat more marinated chicken.
