you sure its not the local postal service, had few thing disappear when ordering in my own country, had a phone case and some vouchers disappear. about 6 month later get a letter saying that on of the worker had been fired because they opening/stealing mail, got my vouchers back but not the phones case

Still had to do the declaration, so it clearly hadn't left customs yet.

I kind of know the feeling, moreover if you don't know who did that, but then again, why should you cares about those people, just ignore them, the more you give attention to them or what they do, the more it's fun for them to harras you~
