I work in front of a computer screen all day, in a room with no windows, I have no sense of day/night time.

he should get a blue light filter on it or a blue light filter app, if it is a newer iphone then it should have a night mode that turns the blue light off

Why no windows?Secure building blah blah blah, can't let people from outside see the "sensitive/private" information that we have access to while working etc.
In addition, the room we are in, you have to go through two sets of keycard access doors. So just breaking through 1 door doesn't get you into "Central".
