So.. I have a problem. I'm madly in love with this girl.. my ex fiance. Buuut.. yeah, that's the problem. She's an ex. Some stupid decisions on both of our parts caused us to split, and I've been living with depression and anxiety for the past year. It's been a year. I mean, shouldn't I have moved on? Should I try to reach out to her about this? I just don't know what to do anymore, and it's driving me insane. I almost had a panic attack because I lost a belt the other day, my anxiety is getting so bad. I'm considering therapy at this point..

You know, I think that if it bothers you so much, you should talk to her about it. Even if you know you can't be together, it still helps telling them how you feel. You'll have a little more certainity in life.

You should calm down and get yourself together often. Think in a more organized way. Plan in your days, if you get stressed from small things. That's really all I can recommend. You should only take therapy if you are really convinced there's a lot wrong with you. Psychologists tend to be money hoggers and don't really help.

Therapy would probably help a lot. Just talking to an uninterested 3rd party puts a lot of perspective on a situation.

Do you have any chance that you could work things out together? Is the anxiety b/c you know you belong together or b/c you don't belong together and it hurts that you're alone?

I agree with Remi for talking to her about it as well. If you were close enough to talk about anything and if you split fairly amicably, maybe you can both just have a calm conversation about your relationship. Just don't get all emotional and blaming and "I NEED YOU BACK D :" because...that's never attractive to an ex.

Everyone keeps telling me that I should talk to her, but I doubt I could even get her to listen, let alone pick up the phone. I've moved away from that town, so it's not like I can knock on her door and ask to have a couple minutes. I'm pretty sure it's the lack of closure. The "what-ifs" are killing me. What if we had stayed together, what if we had taken the time to work out the kinks, what if I still lived there, etc.. etc..

I think I just need something to put my mind at ease. Something that shows with definity that I'm not going back to that point in time again, and it's over. Y'know?

I love Mismagius, it's my trump in Black and Misdreavus was my favorite in Silver. Never played HG/SS. And I don't like to go get fast food, I made some fettuccine Alfredo with a bit of shrimp and chicken thrown in for good measure. xD;
