My actions when confronted with this situation could be:
1) Act like I don't know anything.
2) Tell her without acting like a "omg, i saw my friend's naked pictures on the net! what should i do!?" on an internet forum <- this is what i see as acting like an attention-whore by heaping on another's juicy gossips <- by the way, you called that person your 'friend', even if the picture might not really turn out to be her" all the while only serving to spread the pictures further throughout the net.

Another way I look at it is:
1) There is a chance that the person might be the person i know.
2) There is a chance that these pictures where meant for 'private consumption' but shit happened and these got posted online.
3) I care for my friends and would not actively do things that may result in potential harm to them.
