Nope, prolly the B-2 or the F-22. You should use the Tu 95 together with Escort fighters so that it won't fall prey to interceptors like the F-22, F/A-18 And F-15s. You should also watch out for Carrier Battle Groups. Our only versatile ace against CBGs are Tu-22s and Tu-160s carrying Raduga Kh-55s and Kh-22s. So protecting these aircraft is our top priority.

Hmm, yes. I should really make use of some escort fighters to protect Tupolev Tu-160 since it doesn't have any stealth abilities unlike America's B-2 Spirit.
