If you hadn't heard this fall they're doing a full season (seems 26 episodes) of it.

Whose handling the animation and voice acting?Have you any clue?

Looks to be the same as the OVA if you saw it. If not, Yuno is covered by Murata Tomosa, a relatively unknown VA as far as I can tell. Her only other role was in Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu as Eris, Iris. Minene Uryuu is covered by Aizawa Mai apparently, a somewhat more seasoned VA who also voices Mia from Nichijou and a few other mostly supporting roles.

Oh and it's produced by Asread, who also produced Ga-rei zero. Good show too.
