It would be half believable if it was kid Goku, but even by the end of the original Dragon Ball, Goku surpassed any street fighter bullshit by a lot.

How can I explain this? Oh! Yeah, Goku isnt human, he can fly, teleport, he can destroy a planet, he and all superman powers x 1 trillion and non of his weaknesses, on the moment Ryu realize his mistake(which is one second after the match starts) he would probably will be on his way to the ground after one punch. K.O.
