Ever since I was a little guy watching him I never saw him beardless ... this is very new to me ... maybe dark times are ahead .. or maybe ... he will grow a white beard .. a beard of pure energy.

He's probably using a highly advanced cloaking technology to hide his beard.
Maybe aliens wanted to invade Earth for some time now, but didn't do it because they feared Chuck Norris.
As we all know, his super powers are in his beard.
Now he'll lure the aliens our and at the last moment, drop the diguise and spin-kick them into the Sun.

I recall the times when he started out in movies, when he had no beard, but still had that chest hair from Bruce Lee's 'Return of the Dragon'. He doesn't look as awesome now compared to then, but I'll give him time.

And a white beard would just make him more majestic, like how Robin Williams has his.
