Physical appearance, I pass as a high school freshman; my manners is that of a gentleman to strangers so around mid to late 20s and the way I act to with my friends would be like a uncontrollable 16 year old. Mentally, I feel like I'm older than your grandma's grandpa.

Therefore, you may still know how old you were a few years ago. So you add the amount of years ago it was that you last remembered and add it to the age that you were at the time.
