Govt doesn't work like that, and neither does the economy. Maybe it's our economic system which has allowed corporations same rights as people and other countless things I'm to lazy to search for you. Not only that huge corporations have a pretty big influence over how things are run(well naturally).
The fact is there really isn't a simply way to "fix" or help recover the economy.
