OhmygodIknow. Still, as much as I like my new diet, I'd still get fast/junk food more often. Not like I used to, but more often than now. Now, it feels a lot like never. Like... once every few months.

Kill your carbs and increase proteins. I eat 4-5000 calories and never gain a pound. I work my ass off though.
