I'm a very heavy sleeper, sometimes I sleep through my alarm which is not good.About my sleeping patterns ... I used to sleep through the alarm too ... it rang like 15 minutes before I slowly woke up ... not a good thing.
I suggest putting up some rules ... because your body wakes you up by giving you discomfort which is a sign to wake up.

i dont have that problem because anyone who disturbs my sleep even my naps will see the darker sides of hell because am know to be irritable what woken from sleep......well just let them know they are consiquences for yr call if they are not dying fucking dont call

Son, that aint late. It's fucking 5:39am at the moment, and I'm only just considering hitting the bed.
I don't like people calling me when I sleep, in general. However, I'll mostly put on a cheery voice for it, so they don't think they've woken me up. Cause I'm nice like that.

I sleep a little after 9 p.m and don't like to wake up before the sun hits up .... trust me .. around 11/12 .. it is late for me.
