play the first one first. That would be extra then unlimited which is unlocked on the extra game after completing two routes. then play alternative. they are all part of one story. If you go through them all you are looking at over 100 hours

Ahhh...way too long. I don't have too much time for visual novels sadly. Shizune's route on Katawa Shoujo was long enough and that was my second route. Yandere-chan was a hair too short and lacked routes.
