Lol, not really. The reputation system broke and people were pretty much given unlimited rep for a time. Those who abused it (I'm guessing after Mattarat gave a warning) will be punished when it's fixed, which is probably pretty soon. Not sure who -repped him that many times, but yeah, that explains it.
