We already know what IB-tan looks like. Reiko-Biker outfit would look more like a cosplay.

This is character designs for a mascot. The outfit is built around their personality and looks. Y'know how most older manga characters use the same outfit a lot. Its not just because its easier to draw the same thing over and over. You need to make an image. Like Momoka with her fakku shirt and stripped shocks and panties. Or Jacob with his beard or his horse head.

Suggestion for colours.

I was thinking the jacket should be black. With the upper portion being sandy/tan. The sleeves perhaps (very) lightly transparent.

Gloves, black.

Boots, black and either silver or gunmetal.

Shorts, army green or regular denim/jean blue.

Top, white.

Shades, no idea. Almost anything could be good.
