You could say it's like listening to music. Yes, the oldies are better than the stuff we have now, but there are diamonds in the rough if you look for them and give 'em a chance. True, there's only one Zak, but maybe in the future we'll get someone who'll brighten up the forums again, time will tell. I haven't gotten tired of the cycle but that's probably because I haven't been here long.
You make too much of Zak, he was simply a mildly amusing user(at times) in a long line of them that came before him. I guess if he's the only person who stood out to you then it really highlights your forum age newmeat.

I've only seen some of Zak's posts in old threads. I don't know anything about him, I think he was still active when I joined but I don't remember him.
