You're not sure too right? From my own perspective, I think they did it because it might be the reason on why people would not be able to vote tomorrow, to avoid crimes during the voting day, to prevent those people who would be supervising or doing something important for the election in being intoxicated and it is also the same for the police, soldiers and etc. Include also on what you just said to me. (SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH)
