Edit; With my luck Fox news would eviscerate me for being too liberal. I know they'll keep looking for mud to sling in my general direction. Sean Hannity will be calling for my head on his wall.Oh come on, you're a GREAT American!

I believe waar said "truck driver", not "trucker"."Trucker" is a shorthand for "Truck Driver". Also the connotations for "truck driver" implies that a the person in question is someone who drives a "truck" like an International, Kenworth, Freightliner or WesternStar, etc. Vehicles that require a minimum of a Class B Commercial Drivers License to operate without a trailer and a Class A to operate with a trailer that weighs over 10,000lbs GDW.
Edit: Waar is correct, I'm not mad. I don't find the term offensive as most people in my industry are former truckers or 'truck drivers". I simply don't like the label as it doesn't apply to me personally.

Pendejo may be translated as "dumbass" in many situations, though it carries an extra implication of rank and willful incompetence. The less extreme version, which is used in most Spanish speaking countries, translates more or less as "jackass". The term however, has very high offensive connotations in Puerto Rico.
