Father X Daughter, Technically little sisterXbrother is better, but older sister, and motherXson for that matter isn't any good imo.

BrotherxSister is my favoirte, probably because it's most common, besides that I'd say the aunt and the nephew, which is usually really hot!
Though I just can't stand the whole parentxchild thing, it just messes me up too much to like.It just doesn't feel right, nor do I often like older sister/younger brother unless she's a huge dominating/player type.

My order: SisterxBrother, MotherxSon, AuntxnNephew. I haven't seen any good FatherxDaughter hentai. Closest i've seen is Immoral Sisters 2 with step-daughters. If i see this in the description i would treat it apathetically. It doesn't titillate as much as seeing SisterxBrother would, it's scarcely done well (that i've seen, which isn't much) and it's easier to find a category that i would like.
SisterxBrother is just done better most of the time and more frequently. The chapters with the mothers in Super Taboo and G-Cup Reiko were my favourites in the series and the MotherxSon in Taboo Charming Mother and the manga counterpart were consistently great but there's more SisterxBrother out there of the same caliber.
AuntxNephew I haven't seen much (only super taboo, taboo charming mother and manatsu no hazano i can recall). The first two are great, the third ok, but it's low on my list due to its apparent scarceness. EDIT: Actually, I think I just find the AuntxNephew stories less hot :P
Best of all is, of course, SisterxMotherxSon or AuntxMotherxSon. Or perhaps SisterxSisterxBrother (perhaps throw a few more sisters, like 'Nee, Chanto Shiyou yo' and a mother in there :P). Don't think i've seen any AuntxSisterxMotherxSon though :P

I'm just a demented fiend, I guess. I can get into them all with great fervor. I'd have to say sibling incest is the best, though. It just seems like there's more passion there.

I think you read too much doujins when incest is just like an add-on relationship that I can easily ignore.

One thing I don't get, why would people like MotherxSon, I hate those because it reminds me of my mom, which I do not like to think of while I fap...no...not at all...and everybody has a mother so I really want to know why would you like MotherxSon.
