yeah I do remember that. but it was like channel 7 here in our country but i think it was being aired at the same time with the favorite soap opera marimar so that in channel 2 in the afternoon that why i can't watch it.

My love for anime has dwindled over the years, but I don't think my age has anything to do with it. I think if I watched Evangelion 12 years later than I did, it would still be my favorite.

First off, allow me to clarify- I did watch some anime- but not enough for anyone to give it much thought, since I was a kid.

The anime I watched was Pokémon. Some snippets of Dragonball Z, but I never got hooked. And Evangelion.

During my highschool years I didn't actually much anything. Mostly just documentaries.

What drove me to anime was being bedridden in the hospital 2 years ago. I don't really even know how, but wandering about the internet led me to anime, and I've been a fan since.

I don't watch much anime oddly enough. Finished a lot of series when I was younger. Big-O, Gunsmith Cats, Birdy, Demon City, the old school stuff. DBZ came much later, but personally I like the first series better. Oh and a little bit of lupin.

My top priority manga or my must reads are Yuria 100, Love Junkies, Oniichan no Koto, To LOVE-Ru Darkness, Koe de Oshigoto!, and Kiss x Sis. The rest I read on a whim. I'm almost done with Girls Bravo though but the Scans I read are kinda bad so I got lazy. The rest of the manga I just got lazy.

when I was younger I recall contemplating being older and still liking anime in front of my child physician and mother at the time. The doc said she still liked cartoons and then I called her weird. xD

But anyway technically anime was made for a maturer audience so I dont see how if you like it now the feeling will ever go away.Unless real life becomes a real bitch still doesn't depict your past or present personal tastes of anime.
