It's A Freaking Hurricane

Hey East Cost people, and I guess anyone who has left their basement at sometime in the last week. There's an enormous hurricane coming up the coast, and all sorts of people are worried. Are you doing anything to be prepared? Do you even live here? Just...I dunno. Talk about the hurricane.


I bought bread and milk and ice so that if they power goes out my food won't go bad.

Nothing, but playing video games, reading, and waiting for the rain to water the plants.

I'm glad I've never had to experience any natural disasters or hurricanes etc.

I live in the Midwest. Worst weather-related thing I remember happening was an electrical storm a few months back.

I'm getting pwned by the hurricane right now, It shouldn't be THAT extreme, Just be on your toes.

Got hit pretty bad in the Caribbean earlier this week. It's now humid as fuck, and rainy.

I'm safe from all disasters until the we get 9.0 magnitude or something here. Then shit is going to be really ugly.

I live in Puerto Rico so we're in constant danger on facing one. Although for some reason, almost all of them never manage to really attack the island. So much that the last major one that affected us was in 1998. We're lucky as hell here for some reason.

Weekend. Another midterm this Thursday, though.

It rained.
And the power went on the fritz yesterday.
Its still raining.
